How fast can you turn an order around?+

Standard turnaround for custom name tags is 1-2 weeks from approved artwork. Rush production is available for urgent onboarding or event needs — let us know your deadline and we'll tell you what's possible.

What materials and backings are available?+

Tags come in brass, aluminum (antique gold/silver/copper or white), and plastic — all up to 5 square inches with full-colour UV printing. Backings include magnetic (no clothing damage), pin, or clip. We'll recommend the best combination for your industry and use case.

Do I need to provide artwork?+

Send your logo if you have it (vector preferred). Our in-house design team handles layout, font, and proofing. You'll get a digital artwork proof to review before we begin production — revisions are free until you're happy.

How does pricing work?+

Pricing is provided by quote based on your material, size, quantity, and backing type. A $70 setup fee applies on first-time orders (no setup fee on re-orders). Submit the form on this page and we'll send a personalized estimate within one business day.

Who do you make name tags for?+

Corporate offices, healthcare clinics, dental practices, hospitality, retail, restaurants, and uniformed services including the Calgary Police and Calgary Fire Department. If you have a team that needs to be identified, we can outfit them.

Is there a minimum order quantity?+

No hard minimum — we can produce a single name tag or hundreds. Setup fees apply once per design regardless of quantity, so larger orders give you better per-unit value. Re-orders skip the setup fee entirely.
